Counselling and psychotherapy rooted in helping people better know themselves and live life more on their own terms.
A calm, person-to-person connection will be our starting point. From there, we might make sense of difficult parts of your past, pressures in your day-to-day life, or what you want or need next.
We’ll go at your pace. I’ll be alongside you with curiosity and a real interest in understanding you and helping you understand yourself.
Much of my work is around identity, shame and belonging. I’m a queer-friendly therapist, and welcome people of all genders and sexualities, whether or not you want to explore identity together.
Together, we can work towards stronger connections with yourself and others, greater self-acceptance or changes that feel right for you.
I’m a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
Available for sessions at Sum Studios and online.
